New Physicians Accepting Patients

We are pleased to welcome two new physicians to our team who are currently accepting new patients:

• Dr. Laura O’Gorman
• Dr. Ruchi Parikh

To ensure a fair and organized process, new patient registration is being managed through Health Care Connect, a provincial program that helps match patients with a family physician.

How to Register

Step 1 — Call 8-1-1 to Register with Health Care Connect

Please call Health Care Connect directly to register. The online form does not allow you to select the waitlist for a specific physician or clinic. If you register using the online form, you may get matched to another clinic.

Step 2 — Speak with a Health Care Connect Navigator

A Navigator will contact you after you register by phone. Please request to be placed on the waitlist for either Dr. Ruchi Parikh or Dr. Laura O’Gorman at Boardwalk Family Care.

Step 3 — Clinic Contact

Health Care Connect will review your information and forward it to our clinic. Once received, our team will contact you directly to schedule your first appointment.

No action is needed. Please wait for our clinic to contact you directly. We must first receive your information from Health Care Connect and create your medical chart before booking your appointment.
