Appointments can be booked online, by telephone, or in-person. Please do not email the office with booking requests.

To book your appointment by telephone, or for any urgent appointments, please call 519-743-1011 to speak with our administrative assistants directly. All concerns will be triaged.

For urgent concerns after-hours, please call the On-Call Clinic.

For medical emergencies, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest Emergency Department.
