On-Call Clinic

For urgent medical concerns, we are available on evenings and weekends to assist you.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the Emergency Department.

The doctor on-call will have access to your medical records including your most up to date medical history, test results and medications. Your family doctor will receive a note detailing your visit, and can ensure appropriate follow-up.

On-Call Hours:

• Monday-Friday 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Saturday-Sunday 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
• STAT Holidays 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Accessing the On-Call Clinic:

During the on-call hours, call our office at 519-743-1011 and follow the voicemail instructions (extension #5) to access the on-call clinic.

Using our on-call clinic ensures continuity of care. When you use external walk-in clinics, your family doctor does not receive communications about your visit, and is charged the full cost of your walk-in visit.

If you have an urgent concern outside of office hours and on-call hours, call 8-1-1 to speak with a registered nurse for health advice. This free service is available 24/7. Formerly known as Telehealth Ontario.
